The end of the 35kV composite suspension insulator adopts labyrinth type waterproof design and adopts the outer covering rubber process, which greatly improves the waterproof and impermeable performance of the product. The aerodynamically designed silicone skirt and the application of sheath integral molding technology ensure that all creepage distances effectively improve the self-cleaning discharge capacity of synthetic insulators in air under any climatic and fouling conditions.
The composite insulator is mainly composed of core bar, umbrella sleeve and skirt, metal accessories and other major components, and combined with our production experience, we adopt “segmental continuous injection molding” and “crimping type” to produce AC and DC composite insulators.
